We work with charities and donors in developing strategies to increase donations at no net cost to their charitable supporters. This typically begins with a meeting with the Charity's executive staff to introduce the concept. If the executive staff determines that the strategy may be a good fit, the next step is conducting a focus group with a few key supporters of the Charity, typically 10-12 individuals.
During the focus group, we explain the concept to them and explain that we're going to do a feasibility study to see if this concept makes sense for this charity. We then do the feasibility studies on each of them individually at no cost or obligation to the supporter. Once the initial feasibility study is completed, we see if it makes sense for any of our 10 hand-picked supporters to use the strategy. If the answer is yes, we've already raised some money for the charity.
We then take the feasibility study results and extrapolate those results across the rest of the charity's donor base to determine the level of funds that could be raised.
